Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day replacement or return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
Eligible items
Damaged, defective or wrongly delivered items may be returned or replaced. The item must be unused and kept with its original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact us by phone or email with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our details are on the Contact page.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are sent by bank or UPI transfer.
Non-returnable cases
We cannot accept items with physical damage caused by the customer, missing parts or accessories, or signs of use.
